Hello! This is a fun consumer contest run by Ching's Schezwan Chutney. All you have to do is shoot a video of you as you lick a spoonful of our chutney and say the names of as many food items as possible in one minute. There are options available on our website of menus to check out www.chingssecret.com/chatorachallenge As a twist, you have to do one more fun activity of your choice as you say these names. Could be jumping, skipping, dancing… the crazier, the better. You can see a quick demo www.chingssecret.com/chatorachallenge [Link the video to this]. The demo video is available in 7 languages so pick what you're most comfortable with. Then upload the video on any of your social media pages/ handles, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and tag us on @chingssecret. Typically, yes. It works best alone. But feel free to enter it with a friend or friends. Do note however that the grand prize is only for 1 winner and a friend/ companion.

Well, one of the key steps is taking a lick of Schezwan Chutney, so yes, if you don't already have it. So be it from a jar, bottle, or sachet, you will need the chutney to get started. And it's really mazedaar and chatpataa… we're sure you'll enjoy it after the challenge also with a variety of food.
Yup, as fellow chatoras we know how fun and easy it is for us to talk about food. So, we thought we'd make things interesting and add a twist to do one more activity as you say the food item names. But it's any activity of your choice – the crazier, the better.
Sssh… just like Ching's formula, that's a secret! But a panel of judges, foodies and madcaps will decide who deserves to win the Ching's Schezwan Chutney Chatora Challenge. All the best!
There's a mix of quantitative and qualitative parameters that you will be judged on. From how many items were you able to say within one minute, how fun was that and how crazy what the activity that you did along with saying the names. Smaller things like consumer feedback, engagement on your social handle, originality, etc. will add up. Have fun!
There are weekly prizes of Chatora Masks and more that are being sent out but the main prize winner will be announced sometime in mid-December 2021.
This contest is hosted on social media, so ideally set up a simple Instagram page/ or so. It's really simple. But if you are fully anti-social media, no problem – feel free to send us a link to your contest entry video on our landing page on www.chingssecret.com/chatorachallenge
No, you don't. But if you do win the grand prize, which is a trip to NASA, USA with a companion, they you and your companion will need a passport plus valid visa to be able to enjoy the prize.
We have foodies, chatoras and Ching's lovers spread across the globe. So, the contest is open to anyone and everyone.
Ching's will pay for the flight ticket and 3 days/ 2 nights hotel stay plus related excursion in that period for NASA. But any extensions or so will need to be handled directly by the contest winners themselves.
Flight tickets to & fro for you and a companion, hotel stay for 3 days/ 2 nights, visa charges, per diems, f&b in that period, cost of select excursions, ground transport, ticket for Kennedy Space Centre. Details will be shared with final winner closer to the trip.
