  • Schezwan Chutney 1 cup
  • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Ginger 1tsp
  • Coriander fresh 1/4 cup
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Water tbsp

How to make

Step 1: Blend to a chunky pesto. Store in the fridge

Step 2: Cook spaghetti for 8 minutes.

Step 3: In a pan, heat the pesto for a minute. Add the spaghetti. Toss well.
