Chef Vicky Ratnani gives a brand-new taste to Italian Cuisine with a dash of Ching’s Schezwan Chutney. He prepares delicious Spaghetti and serves it with Schezwan Pesto, all this with an enticing Desi Chinese flavour.

Step 1: Blend to a chunky pesto. Store in the fridge
Step 2: Cook spaghetti for 8 minutes.
Step 3: In a pan, heat the pesto for a minute. Add the spaghetti. Toss well.
Step 4: Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped peanuts.
