For Manchurian balls:
Step 1: To make Manchurian balls, in a bowl add chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum, ginger and salt. Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Squeeze out the water from the mixture and add refined flour, cornstarch and mix well.
Step 3: Make small balls and deep fry it till it becomes brown and crispy. Keep side
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chillies and stir fry.
Step 2: Now add vegetables – onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and cook it for 1 minute.
Step 3: Now add Ching’s Dark Soy sauce, CHing’s Chilli Vinegar and Ching’s Red Chilli sauce.
Step 4: Add pepper, water, rice and fried Manchurian balls.
Step 5: Cover and cook until the rice is soft and water dries up.
Step 6: Once done, add coriander leaves, spring onion and mix well.Remove it to a serving plate and garnish with fried noodles and spring onions.
Serve hot and enjoy!
