  • 5-6 pieces of plain idli
  • 1 cup of diced vegetables (capsicum, carrot, etc)
  • 2-3 tbsp of Ching's Schezwan Chutney
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Chopped spring onions or coriander for garnishing

How to make

Step 1: Cut idlis into long pieces.

Step 2: Now deep fry the idlis till golden brown and crispy.

Step 3: In a pan, heat butter and add vegetables and saute for 2 mins.

Step 4: Add Ching's Schezwan Chutney and mix.

Step 5: Finally add idli pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Cripsy Schezwan Idlis are ready. Garnish with chopped spring onions or coriander leaves.
