Serves: 2 Time: 10 Mins
Step 1: Cut idlis into long pieces.
Step 2: Now deep fry the idlis till golden brown and crispy.
Step 3: In a pan, heat butter and add vegetables and saute for 2 mins.
Step 4: Add Ching's Schezwan Chutney and mix.
Step 5: Finally add idli pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Cripsy Schezwan Idlis are ready. Garnish with chopped spring onions or coriander leaves.
