Step 1: Soak the chana dal overnight.
Step 2: Wash the dal, add the dal in the mixer and coarsley grind it.
Step 3: In a bowl, add chana dal, onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, salt and crushed peppercorns. Mix well.
Step 4: Make roundels of the mixture and slightly flatten the vada and deep fry on a medium flame till golden brown. Keep aside.
Step 5: Now in a pan, heat some oil, add green chillies, garlic, capsicums, Ching's Chilli Vinegar. Ching's Chilli Sauce, Ching's Schezwan Chutney.
Step 6: Add the vada into the pan, spring onion greens and coriander leave and toss it.
Step 7: Remove it in a serving plate and serve hot.
