  • 8-10 Chicken Drums
  • 4 tbsp Ching’s Schezwan Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Smith & Jones Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • Salt to Taste

How to make

Step 1: Marinate chicken lollipops with Chings Schezwan Chutney, Chings Dark Soy Sauce, Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic Paste, cornflour and maida.

Step 2: Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

Step 4: Add the chicken pieces and deep fry till its golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Remove it in an absorbent paper and serve hot with Chings Schezwan chutney. Enjoy!
