Step 1: Marinate chicken lollipops with Chings Schezwan Chutney, Chings Dark Soy Sauce, Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic Paste, cornflour and maida.
Step 2: Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Step 4: Add the chicken pieces and deep fry till its golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Remove it in an absorbent paper and serve hot with Chings Schezwan chutney. Enjoy!
