Chicken Tikka

Chicken Tikka Masala gets better and tastier with Schezwan Chutney. Everybody's favourite recipe has got a fresh twist which will make you hooked on to this dish even more. Easy to make, this is a dish for all occasions.

  • 200g boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4th tsp salt
  • 7 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 small chopped onions
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 diced onions
  • 1/2 diced capsicum
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream

How to make

For marinating chicken:

Step 1: In a bowl, take chicken and add red chilli powder, salt and 2 tbsp of Ching's Schezwan Chutney, lemon juice and curd. Mix well and add garam masala powder and oil. Now mix well.

Step 2: Keep aside the marinated chicken for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Once done, drizzle oil in a tray, add marinated chicken onto it and bake it for 7-8 minutes at 220 degrees.

For Gravy:

Step 4: Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute till golden brown.

Step 5: Add onions and cook till its golden brown. Then add tomatoes, salt to taste, red chilli powder, 5 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney and mix well.

Step 6: Now add garam masala powder, diced onions, diced capsicum, coriander leaves and let it cook for 1-2 minutes

Step 7: Add chicken pieces into the gravy and fresh cream. Mix well

Step 8: Remove in a serving bowl and serve with hot parathas and tandoori naans.
