Ingredients

SCHEZWAN DOSA RECIPE:

  • Dosa Batter
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped capsicum

SCHEZWAN DOSA RECIPE:

  • 5 plain idli (rest over idlis work the best)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 slit green chilli
  • 2 tbsp spring onions
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped onions
  • 3 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 4 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
  • 1/4 tbsp salt

SCHEZWAN DOSA RECIPE:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/5 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • few curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 inch finely chopped ginger
  • 4 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
  • Dosa batter
  • Oil

How to make

SCHEZWAN DOSA RECIPE:

Step 1: Heat the pan by sprinkling oil.

Step 2: Spread the dosa batter

Step 3: Spread butter and Ching's Schezwan Chutney equally all over the dosa.

Step 4: Sprinkle onions and capsicum

Step 5: Cook until the dosa turns brown and crisp.

Step 6: Serve with coconut chutney and Ching's Schezwan Chutney for extra zing.


SCHEZWAN IDLI RECIPE:

Step 1: Cut the idlis into medium size cubs and keep aside.

Step 2: In a pan, heat oil and add garlic, green chilli and saute well.

Step 3: Now add spring onions, onions, capsicum and saute on high flame.

Step 4: Add Ching's Schezwan Chutney and idli pieces and mix well till the chutney is soaked in well.

Step 5: Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.


SCHEZWAN UTTAPAM RECIPE:

Step 1: In a bowl, add onion, capsicum, tomato, coriander leave, ginger and Ching's Schezwan Chutney and mix well.

Step 2: Spread a ladle full of dosa batter on the pan and spread the uttapam toppings evenly on it.

Step 3: Add a tsp of oil on top and cover it. Cook on medium heat. Flip over and cook for a minute.

Step 4: Schezwan Uttapam is ready. Serve with coconut chutney.
