1. Marinate chicken drumsticks with Ching’s Schezwan Chutney, Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce, Smith & Jones Ginger Garlic Paste, cornflour and maida.
2. Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
4. Add the chicken pieces and deep fry till its golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove it in an absorbent paper to absorb extra oil and serve hot with Ching’s Schezwan chutney. Enjoy!
